My story
I am the teacher behind Nutty Vietnamese, the free app you just used. People know the little red squirrel as Sóc, and that mascot is how most learners first meet the brand.
I built these exercises because I kept meeting learners who could read Vietnamese but froze the moment they had to say it out loud. Tones are the wall, and a quiz cannot hear you climb over it.
So the app is your warm up, and a lesson with me is where your speaking actually clicks.

Do I need to use the app before booking a lesson?
No. The app is a free warm up you can use any time, but you are welcome to book a lesson straight away.
I am a total beginner. Is that okay?
Yes. Most learners start with zero Vietnamese. We begin with the sounds and tones and build from there.
How do lessons work?
